The Beginning of His Boxing Journey

In 2010, Trịnh Sư Phụ began his journey in boxing.

Throughout his training and coaching career, he came to recognize a clear reality:

Professional boxing in Vietnam was almost nonexistent.

• There were no professional boxing coaches.

• There were no professional boxers.

Seeing this gap, he made the decision to build a foundation for professional boxing in Vietnam — one step at a time.

The First Milestones

Trịnh Sư Phụ became Vietnam’s first professional boxing coach, developed the country’s first generation of professional boxers, and brought home Vietnam’s first professional boxing championship belt.

From these first steps, professional boxing in Vietnam began to grow rapidly:

• More professional boxers

• More champions

• More opportunities to compete

Most importantly, he helped create a foundation that enabled fighters to pursue sustainable, long-term professional careers.

But this was only the beginning of his journey to bring Vietnamese boxing onto the world stage.

The Next Step: Bringing World-Class Professional Boxing to Vietnam

Driven by his desire to give Vietnamese fighters the opportunity to compete fairly on home soil, Trịnh Sư Phụ founded Trigger Promotion — a professional boxing promotion built around one core principle:

Fairness – Transparency – FAIR & SQUARE

The Goals of Trigger Promotion

• To provide fair matchups for Vietnamese fighters

• To help fighters learn and improve, regardless of whether they win or lose

• To eliminate the disadvantages of having to compete on foreign soil

Everyone knows that:

Winning a fight overseas can be incredibly difficult.

Trigger Promotion addresses this challenge by creating a platform where every fighter has an equal opportunity to compete.

Trigger Promotion – Where Vietnamese & International Fighters Come Together

Thanks to its commitment to fairness and transparency, Trigger Promotion has attracted not only Vietnamese fighters but also professional boxers from around the world.

It has become a platform where Vietnamese and international fighters come together, compete at a high level, and grow through professional boxing.
